Purpose:
To award Zest (Netherthorpe and Upperthorpe Community Alliance, trading as Zest) a grant of £10,000 per year from the BME Older People’s Fund 2017-20 in compliance with the September 2016 Grant Aid Cabinet Report.
Decision:
To award Zest (Netherthorpe and Upperthorpe Community Alliance, trading as Zest) a grant to deliver activities that support BME older people to be independent, safe and well connected into communities. The partnership will be awarded £10,000 per year from 2017/18 to 2019/20. The total award therefore being £30,000.
Reasons for the decision:
The awards to be made are in compliance with the September 2016 cabinet report and can be accommodated within the overall grant aid budget.
