Purpose:
A work package forming part of the Knowledge Gateway scheme. The removal of the units will enable the re--configuration of Esperanto Place; the replacement of the access steps from Arundel Gate and provide links / views from Norfolk St and Arundel Gate.
Decision:
(i) The tender of MHH Contracting in sum of £100,620.00 is accepted; and
(ii) a Letter of Acceptance is issued accordingly.
Reasons for the decision:
To award a contract to enable works to commence March 2019.
Alternative options considered:
None.
The contracts have been awarded in accordance with approved tender processes and the budgets are in place.
