1. The tender of HLMAD Ltd t/a HLM in the sum of £1,273,440 is accepted with an approval to spend up to £862,920 for pre-tender Architectural services RIBA Stages 1 – 4; and
2. A Letter of Acceptance is issued accordingly.
Decision taken by the Director of Finance & Commercial Services or her nominee under the authority delegated by Cabinet on 19.09.18.
Reasons for the decision:
To award a contract to enable work to commence March 2019.

The above contracts have been awarded in accordance with approved tender processes and the budgets are in place.
