Decision:

To approve the plan formulated to manage the return of employees categorised in the Shielded workforce (Clinically & Extremely Clinically Vulnerable).

Reasons for the decision:

From 1^st August 2020, Government guidance indicates that employees in the Shielded Workforce category can return to work.

A key principle will be returning the employee to the workplace in a position that exposes them to the minimum risk possible.
