Re-approval given to reduce the rent due for outdoor advertising contracts for small and large format hoardings across the City

SCC has been approached by Clear Channel and JC Decaux for a reduction in rent for quarter 1 period (April – June 20).  After options were approved, further discussion have taken place that have prompted a further request for support for the contracts whilst considering how to minimise financial impact on the Council short and longer term.
