Sheffield City Region's Proposed Devolution Agreement This meeting of the Overview and Scrutiny Management Committee is being held to consider the Sheffield City Region’s proposed devolution agreement. It will do this through two broad questions:-
a) What are the potential benefits of the proposed devolution agreement for Sheffield and the City Region?
b) What additional powers are required from Government to generate the economic impact we are seeking?
