RESOLVED: That the public and press be excluded from the meeting before discussion takes place on the item of business to be considered on the grounds that, if the public and press were present during the transaction of such business, there would be a disclosure to them of exempt information as described in paragraph 4 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972, as amended.

Minutes:

 

The Sub-Committee considered the report of the Director of Human Resources seeking the Sub-Committee’s consideration with regard to a collective dispute from the Children Young People and Families Portfolio.  The Sub-Committee heard submissions on behalf of management and the trade unions concerned.

 

 

 

RESOLVED: That, having given consideration to all the facts presented, the collective dispute be not upheld.

 

 

 

NOTE:  The full reasons for the Sub-Committee’s decision would be included in the decision letter issued to the trade unions.
