To identify items where resolutions may be moved to exclude the public and press

Minutes:

 

RESOLVED: That the public and press be excluded from the meeting before discussion takes place on the item of business to be considered on the grounds that, if the public and press were present during the transaction of such business, there would be a disclosure to them of exempt information as described in paragraph 4 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972, as amended.

Appeal Against Dismissal - Place Portfolio (Ref 498232)

Minutes:

 

The Sub-Committee considered the report of the Director of Place seeking the Sub-Committee’s consideration with regard to an appeal from the Place Portfolio.  The Sub-Committee heard submissions on behalf of management and the employee concerned.

 

 

 

RESOLVED: That, having given consideration to all the facts presented, the appeal was not upheld.
