The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of a case relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing.

The licence holder in Case No. 94/19 attended the meeting and addressed the Sub-Committee.

Review of a Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Driver’s Licence

Take no action in relation to the licence on the grounds that the Sub-Committee were unable to determine that the applicant was not a fit and proper person to hold a licence, however the licence holder be issued with a written warning as to his future conduct.
