The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details
in respect of two cases relating to hackney carriage and private
hire licensing.
|
|
|
5.2
|
The applicant in Case No. 75/20 attended the
hearing with a representative, and they both addressed the
Sub-Committee.
|
|
|
5.3
|
The applicant in Case No. 76/20 was not able to attend the hearing due to technical difficulties,
and the Sub-Committee agreed to consider the case based on the
paperwork submitted, including additional information circulated
prior to the meeting.

|
RESOLVED: That, after
consideration of the information contained in the case papers, and
the information now reported, and, where relevant, circulated at
the meeting, the cases now submitted be determined as
follows:-
