(a) Grant a licence for the shorter term of three months in the light of the offences and convictions now reported and, on the first renewal, authority be given to grant the applicant a six month licence, on the second renewal, authority be given to grant the applicant a nine month licence, on the third renewal, authority be given to grant the applicant a 12 month licence and, on any subsequent renewals, an 18 month licence, subject to there being no further cause for concern and (b) for the duration of the first four licences, if any complaints, convictions or officer concerns are received, the licence will be brought back before the Sub-Committee. |
