4.1

The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of two cases relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing.

 

 

4.2

The applicant in Case No. 14/15 attended the hearing with a representative and they both addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.3

The applicant in Case No. 15/15 attended the hearing and addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.4

Grant an extension to the licence for a period of six months on the grounds that the Sub-Committee considers that there are exceptional circumstances in the case to warrant a departure from the current policy relating to the age limit of vehicles.

Grant an extension to the licence for a period of six months on the grounds that the Sub-Committee considers that there are exceptional circumstances in the case, specifically relating to the service history and excellent condition of the vehicle, to warrant a departure from the current policy relating to the age limit of vehicles.
