The Chair reported that appendices 3, 5 and 6 for agenda item 14a ‘ Call-in of decision on Future Options for the Housing Repairs and Maintenance Service’ were not available to the public and press because they contained exempt information described in Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) and if Members wished to discuss these appendices the public and press would need to be excluded from the meeting. |
