Councillor Jack Scott declaration a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest in Agenda Item 7 (The Police and Crime Plan and Current Issues) as he was the Chief Executive of Home-Start Sheffield, which had received a grant from the Police and Crime Commissioner, but chose to remain in the meeting due the nature of the item under discussion.
