In relation to Agenda Item 9 (Learning Disabilities Supported Living Evaluation Report), Councillor Mick Rooney declared a disclosable pecuniary interest as his partner was an employee of the Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust, and indicated that he would be leaving the meeting during the consideration of that item.
