Members of the Council paid tribute to former Councillor and Sheffield MP, Harry Harpham, who had sadly passed away on 4th February 2016. Mr. Harpham had served as a Member of the Council from 2004 to 2015 and as Deputy Leader of the Council from May 2012 to March 2015. In May 2015, he was elected as Member of Parliament for the Brightside and Hillsborough Constituency of Sheffield. |
