Members of the Council paid tribute to former Councillors who had retired or had not been re-elected at the Municipal elections held in May 2016. These were former Councillors Jenny Armstrong, Nikki Bond, John Campbell, Katie Condliffe, Sheila Constance, Rob Frost, Gill Furniss MP, Julie Gledhill, Ibrar Hussain, Steve Jones, Aodan Marken, Roy Munn, Denise Reaney, Sioned-Mair Richards, Lynn Rooney, Ray Satur MBE, Sarah Jane Smalley, Geoff Smith, Brian Webster and Joyce Wright. |
