The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of three cases relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing. |

The applicant in Case No. 31/17 had not been able to attend the hearing, and had requested that consideration of his application be deferred. |

The applicant in Case No. 33/17 attended the hearing with a representative, and they both addressed the Sub-Committee. |
