Minutes:

4.1

The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of two cases relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing.

 

 

4.2

The applicant in Case No. 36/17 did not attend the hearing, and the Sub-Committee considered the case in his absence.

 

 

4.3

The applicant in Case No. 37/17 attended the hearing and addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.4
