The Sub-Committee’s attention was drawn to the fact that due to Councillor Andy Bainbridge having declared an interest in this item of business and deciding not to participate in the consideration of the application, the meeting was inquorate. This was explained to the applicant who was informed that a new hearing date would be set and he would be notified of this as soon as possible. |
