Minutes:

4.1

The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of two cases relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing.

 

 

4.2

The licence holder in Case No. 50/17 attended the meeting, and addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.3

The applicant in Case No. 51/17 attended the meeting with a representative and they both addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.4

Review of a Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Driver’s Licence

In the light of the offences and convictions now reported, the licence holder be issued with a written warning, regarding his future conduct, to remain live for the term of his current licence.

Application for a Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Driver’s Licence

In the light of the information now reported, and the responses to the questions raised, the Sub-Committee agrees that the applicant is a fit and proper person, and therefore grants a licence for the term requested.
