The minutes of the previous Session, held on 13 April 2017, were approved as a correct record, subject to an amendment to paragraph 4.2 (a) to remove the reference to paragraph 3.8 and replace it with ‘paragraph 3.9’, so as to read ‘the objection be upheld, in part, to the inclusion of Hemper Lane and Bradway Road within the 20mph Speed Limit Order as described in paragraph 3.9 of the report.’
