In light of the additional evidence provided, the information contained in the report and the responses to the questions raised, the Sub-Committee decided that there were exceptional circumstances to deviate from the policy and to reinstate the licence, but the licence holder be given a written warning as to his future conduct, to remain in place until the end of his next licence. |
