The
Lord Mayor (Councillor Anne Murphy) reported with sadness, the
death on 12th May 2017 of former Councillor Freda White, who had
served as a Member of the Council from 1994 to 1998 and as Lady
Mayoress in 1998/99.

minute’s silence in her memory and several Members paid
tribute to former Councillor White.
