The Chair stated that, although the report in Item 4 had not been made available to the public and press in the light of its contents, the public and press would be able to attend the meeting, but be excluded if discussion takes place on any matters where there would be a disclosure to them of exempt information as described in paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972, as amended. |
