(a) Grant a licence for the shorter term of three months in the light of the offence and conviction now reported, subject to the applicant taking and passing the knowledge and driving tests and, subject to there being no cause for concern, a licence be granted for a further term of six months and, subject to there being no further cause for concern, a licence be granted for the term requested, (b) the applicant be requested to undertake a drugs test within the first three-month licence period and (c) the applicant be given a written warning, to remain on his licence for a period of nine months, indicating that if there is any further cause for concern, the licence will be referred back to the Sub-Committee. |
