The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of four cases relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing.

 

 

4.2

The applicant in Case No. 111/17 did not attend the hearing.

 

 

4.3

The applicant in Case No. 112/17 attended the hearing and addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.4

The licence holder in Case No. 113/17 did not attend the hearing.

 

 

4.5

The applicant in Case No. 114/17 attended the hearing and addressed the Sub-Committee.
