The Lord Mayor (Councillor Anne Murphy) proposed a motion of thanks to former Councillor Helen Mirfin-Boukouris who had resigned on 4th September 2017 in order to focus on her PhD and work at the University of Sheffield’s management school, after serving as a member of the Council, representing the Beighton Ward, since June 2004. |
