(a) Grant a licence for the shorter term of 12 months in the light of the offence and conviction now reported and, subject to there being no further cause for concern, the Chief Licensing Officer be authorised to grant a licence for a further term of 24 months and (b) the applicant be given a written warning, to remain live for the period of his initial licence, indicating that if there is any further cause for concern, the licence will be referred back to the Sub-Committee. |
