The Monitoring Officer/Director of Legal and Governance submitted a report providing details of proposed changes to the Monitoring Officer Protocol which was to be submitted to Full Council for approval at its meeting to be held on 6 December 2017.

7.2

RESOLVED: That the Committee recommends to Full Council the adoption of the revised Monitoring Officer Protocol at its meeting to be held on 6 December 2017 and that the Constitution be amended accordingly.
