(a) Grant a licence for the shorter term of six months in the light of the offence and convictions now reported and, on renewal, subject to their being no further cause for concern, the Chief Licensing Officer be authorised to grant a licence for a further of term of 30 months and (b) the applicant be given a written warning, to remain live for the period of his initial licence, indicating that if there is any further cause for concern, the licence will be referred back to the Sub-Committee. |
