The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of two cases relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing. |

Immediately revoke the licence under Section 61 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, as amended by Section 52 of the Road Safety Act, as the Sub-Committee felt that, in the light of the offences and convictions now reported, the licence holder was not a fit and proper person to hold a licence. |
