To approve the minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 16 November 2017.

The minutes of the previous meeting of the Committee, held on 16 November 2017, were approved as a correct record, subject to an amendment to paragraph 10.2 to replace the word ‘many’ with the word ‘some’ to read: ‘Kayleigh Inman, Senior Finance Manager, Internal Audit, introduced the report and commented that the service had not been able to deliver some of the planned audits due to changes within the services that were to be audited.’

 

 

3.2

Arising from the item considered at the previous meeting in relation to a revised procedure for dealing with Standards Complaints, the Chair requested that any future reports to be submitted to Full Council should be circulated to all political groups in advance of the agenda dispatch to facilitate cross party input on those issues.
