Immediately revoke the licence under Section 61 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, as amended by Section 52 of the Road Traffic Act, as the Sub-Committee felt that, in the light of the offence and conviction and complaints now reported, the licence holder was no longer a fit and proper person to hold a licence. |

The licence holder be issued with a written warning with regard to his future conduct, with such warning to remain live for a period of 12 months, and stating that if there is any further cause for concern, the licence will be referred back to the Sub-Committee. |
