The Chair reported that Appendix A to the report of the Policy and Improvement Officer at Agenda Item 8 – ‘Call-in of the Individual Cabinet Member Decision on the Disposal of Property at Mount Pleasant, Sharrow Lane’ (Item 7 of these minutes) was not available to the public and press because it contained exempt information as described in paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972, as amended, relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person.
