In relation to Agenda Item 8 (Call-in of the Individual Cabinet Member Decision on the Disposal of Property at Mount Pleasant, Sharrow Lane), Councillor Rob Murphy declared a personal interest as being involved in deciding how funding granted to the former Central Ward had been allocated, when he was a Member of that former Ward.
