Subject to an amendment to condition 7, an amendment to the report and consideration of additional representations, as outlined in a supplementary report circulated at the meeting, and, following consideration at the meeting of representations from a local resident speaking against the application and the agent for the applicant speaking in support of the application, an application for planning permission for erection of a dwelling house with internal garage at land between James Walton Court and Station Road (Case No. 18/00037/FUL) be granted, conditionally.
