The Lord Mayor (Councillor Anne Murphy) reported, with sadness, the death on 4th March of former Councillor Sheila Constance, who had served as a Member of the Council from May 2012 to May 2016. Members of the Council observed a minute’s silence in her memory. The Lord Mayor stated that an opportunity for Members to pay tribute to Ms. Constance would be provided at the Council meeting on 28th March. |
