Councillor Jack Scott declared a personal interest in Agenda Item 12 – Confirming Grant Aid Awards For 2018/19 and Delegation of Grant Aid Variations to Individual Cabinet Member (See Minute 11 below) – as he was shortly expecting to be appointed as a Trustee of the St. Wilfred’s Centre, which was one of the organisations recommended to receive a grant award. |
