Having heard oral representations at the meeting from the applicant’s agent supporting the proposed development, an application for planning permission for the use of land as a car sales/storage site at the Site of Zion Congregational Church, Lawrence Street (Case No. 17/04825/FUL) be granted, conditionally, for the reasons detailed in the report now submitted.
