The Chief Licensing Officer submitted a report to consider an application, under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003, for the variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Sinatras, 213 Glossop Road, Sheffield, S10 2GW (Ref. No. 71/18).

4.2

Clive Stephenson (Licensing Strategy and Policy Officer) reported that the applicants had indicated that they were no longer able to attend the hearing on this date, and had therefore requested that consideration of the application be deferred to another date.  Mr Stephenson also stated that a number of the objectors to the application had also indicated that they were unable to attend the hearing on this date.

RESOLVED: That in the light of the information now reported, consideration of the application be deferred to a future date, no later than 30^th September, 2018.
