Councillor Olivia Blake declared a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest in agenda items 11 and 12 ‘Sheffield Drug Strategy 2018-22’ and ‘Adults with Complex Needs’ (items 6 and 7 of these minutes, respectively) as a Non-Executive Director of the Sheffield Health and Social Care Trust but felt that her interest was not prejudicial in view of the nature of the reports and chose to remain in the meeting during consideration of the items.
