(a) Grant a licence for the term of 12 months, as requested, subject to the applicant successfully passing all tests normally required of a new applicant; (b) in the light of the offences and convictions now reported, a warning be placed on the licence for its duration and (c) if there is any cause for concern in that 12 month period, the licence be referred back to the Sub-Committee. |

Immediately revoke the licence under Section 61 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, as amended by Section 52 of the Road Safety Act 2006, as the Sub-Committee considers that, in the light of the offence now committed, the licence holder is no longer deemed a fit and proper person to hold a licence. |
