The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of two cases relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing. |

The licence holder in Case No. 104/18 was unable to attend the hearing but, in the circumstances, the Sub-Committee considered the case in his absence. Councillor George Lindars-Hammond was not present during the consideration of this case. |

The licence holder in Case No. 105/18 attended the hearing with a representative, and they both addressed the Sub-Committee. Councillor Neale Gibson was not present during the consideration of this case. |

Immediately revoke the licence under Section 61 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, as amended by Section 52 of the Road Safety Act 2006, as the Sub-Committee considers that, in the light of the offence now committed, the licence holder is no longer a fit and proper person to hold a licence. |
