RESOLVED: On the Motion of Councillor Peter Rippon, seconded by Councillor Julie Dore, that this Council approves the changes to the Financial Procedure Rules (Financial Regulations) in Part 4 of the Council’s Constitution, as set out in the report of the Chief Executive now submitted, and its appendices.
