The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of a case relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing. |

The licence holder in Case No. 111/18 was not in attendance. |

RESOLVED: That, after consideration of the information contained in the case papers and the information reported at the meeting, the Sub-Committee agrees that the licence in Case No. 111/18 be immediately suspended under Section 61 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, as amended by Section 52 of the Road Safety Act 2006, for the period of the current licence, on the grounds that it considers the licence holder to be an immediate danger and ongoing risk to the public. |
