Minutes:

4.1

The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of four cases relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing.

 

 

4.2

The applicant in Case No. 112/18 attended the hearing with two friends, and they all addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.3

The applicant in Case No. 113/18 attended the hearing with a friend, and they both addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.4

The applicant in Case No. 114/18 did not attend the hearing, and the Sub-Committee considered the case in his absence.

 

 

4.5

The applicant in Case No. 115/18 had withdrawn his application prior to the meeting.

 

 

4.6

RESOLVED: That, after consideration of the information contained in the case papers and, where relevant, any additional information submitted to, or reported at, the meeting, the cases now submitted be determined as follows:-
