The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of two cases relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing. Clive Stephenson (Licensing Strategy and Policy Officer) reported that Case No. 122/18 was withdrawn as the matter had been resolved prior to the hearing. |

The applicant in Case No. 120/18 attended the hearing, and addressed the Sub-Committee. |

The licence holder in Case No. 121/18 attended the hearing with a representative, and they both addressed the Sub-Committee. |
