Minutes:

4.1

The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of two cases relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing.  Clive Stephenson (Licensing Strategy and Policy Officer) reported that Case No. 122/18 was withdrawn as the matter had been resolved prior to the hearing.

 

 

4.2

The applicant in Case No. 120/18 attended the hearing, and addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.3

The licence holder in Case No. 121/18 attended the hearing with a representative, and they both addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.4

RESOLVED: That, after consideration of the information contained in the case papers and, where relevant, any additional information submitted to, or reported at, the meeting, the cases now submitted be determined as follows:-

Grant a licence for the term of two years, as requested, on the grounds that the Sub-Committee considers the applicant to be a fit and proper person to hold a licence.

The licence holder be given a written warning as to his future conduct, to remain live for a period of three years.
