The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of two cases relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing. Clive Stephenson (Licensing and Strategy Policy Officer) reported that Case No. 126/18 was withdrawn as the matter had been resolved prior to the hearing. |

The licence holder in Case No. 104/18 attended the hearing with a representative, and they both addressed the Sub-Committee. |

RESOLVED: That, after consideration of the information contained in the case papers, and the information reported, and circulated at, the meeting, the Sub-Committee determines that the licence in Case No. 104/18 be revoked under Section 61 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976. |
