The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of two cases relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing. |

The licence holder in Case No. 117/18 attended the hearing with a representative, and requested that consideration of the case be deferred pending an appeal to the Magistrates’ Court. |

The licence holder in Case No. 01/19 did not attend the hearing and, as he had provided no reason for his absence, the case was considered in his absence. |
