Minutes:

4.1

The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of two cases relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing.

 

 

4.2

The licence holder in Case No. 117/18 attended the hearing with a representative, and requested that consideration of the case be deferred pending an appeal to the Magistrates’ Court.

 

 

4.3

The licence holder in Case No. 01/19 did not attend the hearing and, as he had provided no reason for his absence, the case was considered in his absence.

 

 

4.4

RESOLVED: That, after consideration of the information contained in the case papers and, where relevant, any additional information submitted to, or reported at, the hearing, the cases now submitted be determined as follows:-
